Hope today's lesson really minister to you.

Essence :
There are unknown erosion(sin) in our lives that devil is using to make us live like an enemy of Christ. It can be in terms of :
- our way of speaking
- habit(s)
- conduct in school
- attitude to parents, friends, etc - ie disrespectful
- or placing studies as first in your heart instead of God > A FORM OF IDOLATRY. One such act is you use studies as an excuse not to come to church or cellgroup.

Now that you know some of these hidden erosion(sin), it's no use just knowing them. What God needs is A HEART OF REPENTANCE. Confess, ask him to cleanse you and determine in your heart with God's help to overcome these sinful nature of yours.

My one sentence to my friend is :

Remember the 3Cs :
- CHRISTMAS(show God's love)
- CROSS(show God's sacrifice)
- CHRIST(show God's power, ie through resurrection)
It's not the best answer but i personally think it cover the essence of the Bible.

Today is good friday, let's start the day with a heart overwhelmed with gratitude for God.

Remember to Thank God for :
The birth of Jesus Christ,
HOPE that Christ gives to us,
AGONY that he experienced,
NAILS hat pierced through his hands,
KINSHIP and KINGSHIP SAVING us.

The verse for the day :
This is love;
Not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

Essence :
At anytime of the day, at any place we might be, at any circumstances, GOD'S WORD IS RELEVANT & ESSENTIAL TO OUR LIVES.

In the morning : We can think of God's faithfulness to us through Jesus Christ and rejoice with it.
Noon : The time when we feel tired, stress, burnout, we can clain onto God's promises such as "cast all your cares upon him for he cares for you."
Night : Time to reflect how God bless us the whole day & be assured that he will lead us the next day just like how he leads us today.

In short, God's word(part of QT) help us to experience the Presence, Power, Peace of God.

So what are you waiting now?
Go and read the word of God.

It's my turn to share. :)

I really wanna thank God for how he leads me through O, A, Army & till now Uni. I can't imagine my life without God. All his blessings(big or small), all his guidance, all his love. Now as i reflect, if my aunt didn't share Christ to me, if i didn't know my status as a child of God, i will be all alone, handling stuffs all by my own strength & who knows, i might be burned out with so much stress & unpleasant scenario might occer.

Hence, make a difference in your friends' lives. Share the gospel, introduce Christ to them, let them experience the love, peace & power of God in their lives. :)
