Hope you're still alive and well.

Well how can one have consistent quiet time? We can start by reflecting on the challenges we faced today. Wehn we think baout these stuffs, i feel that we would want to commit out difficulties to Him. From Liverpool, you'll never walk alone and so you will stumble when you take things into your own hands. =p right? So put faith in the Lord and face your daily challenges with Him.
